AVALT provides a technology platform for verified physical luxury watches used as collateral, together with related lending, settlement, custody, verification and priority reservation workflows.

These Terms do not represent AVALT as a bank, traditional investment fund, exchange or other regulated financial institution. Any regulatory status, licence or legal characterization must be determined by the applicable final operating structure and qualified legal advice.

You may use the platform only where you are legally permitted to do so and where you satisfy the applicable account, identity, verification and compliance requirements. AVALT may restrict access to particular features, facilities, jurisdictions, asset references or settlement methods.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information current. You must protect your authentication credentials and notify AVALT of unauthorized use. Where enabled, a single verified account may participate in both borrower and lender workflows.

Physical watches may be subject to authentication, valuation, custody, imaging, sealing and other verification processes. These services may be performed by separately appointed service providers. AVALT's platform records and coordinates the applicable workflow but does not represent every physical service location as an AVALT-owned office or facility.

Where a lending transaction is enabled, the applicable lender and borrower are responsible for the terms of their agreement. Facility amount, valuation basis, term, repayment obligations, settlement asset, fees, custody conditions and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable agreement and transaction records.

Information displayed on the website or in a prototype interface may be indicative and does not by itself constitute a binding lending offer. Applicable facility terms are governed by the relevant agreement and transaction records.

AVALT may provide priority reservation functionality relating to a controlled collateral route. A priority reservation is a contractual priority or first-consideration mechanism and is not a publicly traded financial option, derivative or fractional ownership interest in a watch.

Certain AVALT functions may use blockchain infrastructure and digital representations of authentication or custody records. Blockchain records do not by themselves replace the applicable physical custody, contractual or operational record. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may involve network fees, delays or technical failures.

Applicable fees will be disclosed through the relevant product workflow or agreement. Fees may relate to authentication, appointment, custody, storage, insurance, reservation, settlement or other services. Fees, rates, LTV, facility limits and other commercial figures shown in prototypes or illustrative materials should not be treated as a standing public offer unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable agreement.

You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, provide false or misleading information, bypass verification or security controls, interfere with the platform or its infrastructure, use another person's account without authorization, or attempt to manipulate custody, valuation or transaction records.

Certain AVALT interfaces may be demonstrations or prototypes. Prototype functionality may simulate wallet, signing, notification, OTP, custody, settlement or other actions without performing the corresponding live operation.

Users must not rely on a prototype interaction as evidence that a live transaction, payment, signing operation or custody event has occurred. A simulated interface action does not necessarily represent a completed live transaction or operational event.

The AVALT name, visual identity, interface design, content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without appropriate authorization.

AVALT may update these Terms as the platform and operating model develop. The version applicable to a particular transaction will be determined by the applicable agreement and published terms.
